Why do you charge a retainer?

We do not operate on a contingent basis because contingent recruiters are incentivized to throw resumes at a wall until one sticks. We are a retained search firm. The retainer allows us to dedicate our time to rigorously vetting candidates through our SERVE, LEAD, and SUSTAIN assessments so you only see the top 1%.

What does the retention guarantee cover?

If a candidate leaves or is terminated for cause within the guarantee period (90 to 365 days depending on the tier), we will execute a replacement search at absolutely no additional cost.

How is the final fee calculated?

The final fee is calculated based on the candidate's first-year base salary. The retainer you paid at the start of the search is deducted from this final invoice.
